on the way down for New Year's, we stopped at "Elvis Rocks the Canyon" restaurant just south of Hell's Gate. I've always wanted to eat there. Good food. and Elvis made for some good company.

And that about sums it up. It was really a great Christmas and New Year's. Russ' parents spent 4 days with us over Christmas and then we had a Christmas meal with my family on New Year's day. All in all, it was great to catch up with everyone, spend time and enjoy the holidays.

Wow - I couldn't get over that picture of your parents with all of their grandkids. They are getting sooo big!!! It's a great shot :) Looks like a great Christmas. So very thankful we got to see you, even for a little visit.
Love the grandparents photo!! Ironic that for my parents it's 4 girls and 3 boys (for now) too! I loved having many cousins close in age when i was growing up, and i'm so happy that my kids have that too!
haha... just looked at the photo again, not sure what i did there, but my ratio is wrong! Let's just say my folks have 7 grandkids, which is the same. :D
